2. Description of Service

AutoTradeBridge is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that automates the copying and execution of trading signals from Telegram to MetaTrader 5 (MT5).

AutoTradeBridge provides technology and automation tools only and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information provided during registration.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

5. Subscription and Licensing

Access to AutoTradeBridge may require an active subscription.

Subscription plans, pricing, account limits, and features may vary depending on the selected package.

Each license is intended for use only as permitted by the selected subscription plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses that are shared, abused, manipulated, or used in violation of these Terms.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To use AutoTradeBridge in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not to interfere with or disrupt the platform.
  • Not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, or distribute the software without written permission.
  • Not to use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities.

7. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading Forex, CFDs, cryptocurrencies, commodities, stocks, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of capital.

AutoTradeBridge:

  • Does not guarantee profits.
  • Does not guarantee signal accuracy.
  • Does not guarantee trading performance.
  • Is not responsible for losses incurred through the use of the platform.

All trading decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Internet disruptions
  • Third-party service outages
  • Events beyond our control

We shall not be liable for losses resulting from service interruptions or delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoTradeBridge and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses
  • Loss of profits
  • Missed trading opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, website content, designs, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of AutoTradeBridge.

No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in abuse or fraud.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Misuse licensing systems.
  • Harm the platform or other users.

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform.

12. Changes to Services

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, or services at any time.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes where practical.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

No Refund Policy

AutoTradeBridge is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that provides immediate access to software, licensing systems, platform resources, and proprietary technology upon subscription activation.

Due to the nature of digital services:

All Payments Are Final

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time remaining on an active subscription.
  • No refunds will be issued due to lack of usage, trading results, or changes in personal circumstances.

Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to fully evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.

Once a paid subscription is activated, the purchase becomes final.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Your access will remain active until the end of your subscription term.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered where required by applicable law or where AutoTradeBridge determines, at its sole discretion, that a billing error has occurred.
